VEGETABLES POTATO POTLUCK CASSEROLE - # 306 8-10 medium potatoes 3 oz. low-fat cream cheese 8 oz. low-fat sour cream 1/2 c. margarine 1 clove garlic, pressed 1/4 c. chopped chives 2 Tbsp. salt (Optional) Paprika Cook potatoes until tender and mash. Beat cream chees until smooth Add potatoes and mix well. Add remaining ingredients except Paprika. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight (this is important). Removed casserole from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking Sprinkle potatoes with paprika Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
