BLACK BEAN SALSA


  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 c. chopped Purple Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/3 c minced Cilantro
  • 2 - 16 oz jars Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 16 oz can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 c chopped Green Onions
  • 1/3 c vacuum-packed corn
  • Stir sugar and lime juice together until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add salsa.
  • Gently fold in remaining ingredients
  • Chill at least 4 hours
