Sour Cream Raisin Pie

  • 1/3 c. Flour
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 c. Milk
  • 3 Eggs (separated)
  • 1 small carton Sour Cream
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add enough milk to make smooth paste. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add remaining milk and sour cream. Cook over low heat until mixture begins to thicken, stirring frequently. Add raisins and cook until thick. Add Vinilla.
  • Pour into baked pie shell.
  • Top with meringue made from the egg whites. Bake 400 for 5 minutes
