PUMPKIN PIE

  • 1 Baked Pie Shell
  • 3/4 C. Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 can (16oz)Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. Cloves
  • 1 can (12oz)Evaporated Milk
  • BEAT eggs.
  • STIR in remaining ingred.
  • POUR into pie shell.
  • BAKE for 15 min. at 425. Reduce to 350 bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cook on wire rack.
