• 8-10 peach halves - Drained
• Place in baking dish.
• Mix together and fill peach with
• 2 Tbsp white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 c. butter
• Cocoanut Macaroon cookes - crumbled
• Bake uncovered 325 for 30 minutes
• Serve with main course
