Lattice Top Chicken
2 c frozen mixed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of potato soup
1 c milk
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2 c cooked chicken, cubed
1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c french fried onions
1 pkg (4 oz) crescent rolls
Cook thawed vegetables by microwaving for 3 minutes on a medium setting.
Combine soup, milk, seasoned salt, vegetables, 1/2 c cheese and 1/2 french fried onions; place in a 8 x 12" greased baking dish.
Bake covered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Separate crescent rolls into rectangles.
Press together perforated cuts; cut each rectangle lengthwise into 3 strips.
Place strips on casserole forming a lattice top.
Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
