MISC Cheesy Apple Pizza 1 prepared pie dough 6 medium tart apples 1/2 c pecan pieces 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese 1 c brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon butter Roll pie dough into a large circle and place in a prepared pizza pan. Flute edges to make a 1/2" edging. Peel and chop apples into small pieces. Place uniformly on pie pastry. Sprinkle pecans and cheese on top of apples. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle evenly over pie. Dot with butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven until apples are tender.
