MEATS CHICKEN & NOODLES HOMEMADE NOODLES COMBINE: 2 Beaten Eggs 1 Tbsp. Milk ADD: 1 C. Flour, Salt & Pepper add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface; let stand 20 min. Roll up loosely; slice 1/4" wide, unroll, spread out and let dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling soup or boiling, salted water or broth and cook uncovered 10 min. Wash whole chicken and put in pan of boiling water. Salt & Pepper. Boil until chicken is done. Remove chicken from boiling water and remove chicken from bones. Bring broth to boil add noodles (receipe from above). Add a thickening of flour and milk. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve with Mashed Potatoes.
