CHICKEN & NOODLES

HOMEMADE NOODLES

  • COMBINE: 2 Beaten Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Milk
  • ADD: 1 C. Flour,
  • Salt & Pepper
  • add enough flour to make stiff dough.
  • Roll very thin on floured surface;
  • let stand 20 min.
  • Roll up loosely; slice 1/4" wide,
  • unroll, spread out and let dry 2 hours.
  • Drop into boiling soup or boiling, salted water or broth and cook uncovered 10 min.
  • Wash whole chicken and put in pan of boiling water.
  • Salt & Pepper. Boil until chicken is done.
  • Remove chicken from boiling water and remove chicken from bones.
  • Bring broth to boil add noodles (receipe from above).
  • Add a thickening of flour and milk.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Serve with Mashed Potatoes.
