MEATS

BAKED CHICKEN

  • Wash Chicken.
  • Place in Dutch oven or Roast Pan.
  • Cover with water. Salt & Pepper.
  • You may add Celery, carrot, onion, etc.
  • Cover and Boil for 3 to 4 hours. Let cool and remove chicken from the bone.

BBQ CHICKEN

  • Wash Chicken and cut up in pieces or half or leave whole.
  • Place in a pyrex pan big enough to hold chicken.
  • Salt & Pepper and put your favorite
  • BBQ Sauce on top. Baste every half hour until chicken is done.

STEWED CHICKEN

  • Wash Chicken.
  • Place in Dutch Oven or Roast Pan.
  • Salt & Pepper and Place pats of butter all over the top of the chicken.
  • Place in preheated oven of 350 for about 1 hr.
