LEMON SQUARES

  • CRUST:
  • 2 sticks Oleo
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 2 c Flour
  • Press into 9 x 13 pan.
  • Bake 325 - 20 minutes
  • FILLING:
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Extract
  • 4 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Beat Eggs until thick
  • Add sugar and remainig ingredients
  • Pour over baked crust and bake 325 for 30 minutes
  • When completely cooled
  • Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar
