CAKES CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 1/2 c. Butter 1/2 c. Oil 1 3/4 c. Sugar 2 Eggs 2 c. grated Zucchini 2 1/2 c. Flour 1/4 c. Cocoa 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 c. Buttermilk 1 tsp. Vanilla 3/4 c. Chocolate Chips 3/4 c. Chopped Walnuts Cream butter, sugar and oil; beat in eggs. Stir in zucchini. Sift dry ingredients together; add alternately with milk and vanilla. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
