CARROT CAKE

  • 1 1/2 c. Cooking Oil
  • 2 C. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 C. Flour
  • 2 tsp. Soda
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 sm. Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3 C. grated Carrots
  • 1 C. Nuts
  • Cream sugar & oil.
  • Add eggs.
  • Add dry
  • ingredient, fold in rest.
  • Bake 350 30 min.

ICING

  • 1-8oz pkg Cream Cheese
  • 1 stick Margarine
  • 1 box Powder sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • Blend ingredients, spread on cooled Cake.
