APPETIZERS SUMMER SAUSAGE 5 lbs. Hamburger 5 tsp Quick curing Salt-Morton's Tender 2 1/2 tsp. Mustard Seed 2 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper 2 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt 1 Tbsp Hickory Smoke Salt 2 Tbsp Onion Flakes 1 Tbsp Dill Seed (NOT WEED) Mix well and refrigerate 3 days.
