APPETIZERS Black Bean Salsa 2 tsp. Sugar 1 Tbsp. lime juice 2 - 16 oz. jars thick & chunky salsa 1/3 c. chopped green onions 1/3 c. chopped purple onion 1/3 c. minced fresh cilantro 1 - 16 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/3 c. vacuum-packed corn Stir sugar and lime juice together until sugar is dissolved. Add salsa. Gently fold in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 4 hours. Serve with chips or as a relish for chicken or beef.
