Black Bean Salsa

  • 2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 - 16 oz. jars thick & chunky salsa
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/3 c. chopped purple onion
  • 1/3 c. minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 - 16 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 c. vacuum-packed corn

  • Stir sugar and lime juice together until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add salsa.
  • Gently fold in remaining ingredients.
  • Chill at least 4 hours.
  • Serve with chips or as a relish for chicken or beef.
