Bean Dip

• 9 oz. container FritoLay bean dip
• 8 oz pkg. of cream cheese, softened
• 8 oz container sour cream
• 1 Tbsp. chili powder
• 1 tsp. minced garlic
• 2 cups shredded Cheddar/ Jack cheese, divided
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• In mixing bowl, cream - cream cheese.
• Add bean dip, sour cream, chili powder, garlic and 1 cup cheese
• Mix well
• Put mixture in 8" x 8" casserole dish and bake 10 minutes.
• Add remaining cheese.
• Bake 5 minutes.
• Serve with tortilla chips or use as filling for flour tortillas.
